When applications are open, submitting the application sends your answers to Morgan by email through Resend and sends you a confirmation. Your answers stay on the application page until you send, reset or leave it; this website does not keep an application database or save answers in your browser. Resend and the email providers process messages to deliver them. Morgan uses your application to review your request and respond. Applying does not add you to a marketing list.

If you join, Morgan uses your program messages to provide the agreed guidance. If you choose WhatsApp, your messages are exchanged through that service. You can reply to Morgan’s application response to ask about your information or request removal of information that no longer needs to be retained.

The worksheet is downloaded directly. The Starting Again website and application pages use a Meta Pixel to measure page views and confirmed application submissions for advertising purposes. Meta may receive standard browser information such as a page URL, cookies, IP address, and device details. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, application answers, or health information to Meta. The Pixel is configured to send only explicit page-view and successfully completed application events. We also count anonymous steps through the Starting Again website and application (page views, form starts, and confirmed sends) in operational logs to understand whether the process works. These counts do not include your name, email, written responses or a visitor ID. The hosting provider may also process routine access logs to operate the website. Please keep applications brief and leave out medical records, diagnoses and private details about other people.

If your application is accepted and you choose to pay, Stripe processes your payment and keeps the customer and payment records needed for checkout. Morgan uses those records to confirm payment and manage your enrollment. Card details are entered on Stripe’s payment page; this website does not receive your full card number. Your private enrollment invitation is kept in your browser’s tab session so you can return from Stripe and check your payment status. Please keep that link private.
