Starting

You can begin while you’re still unsure. In our first call, we’ll talk through what’s happening and choose where to start.

A place to begin

Your life needs
room for you.

You can have a full life and still feel as though you’ve disappeared inside it. You keep things moving, show up for everyone, and make your own needs wait. After a while, it becomes difficult to tell the difference between what you want and what you’ve learned to tolerate.

That can show up as another yes you wish you hadn’t given, another week of putting your health off, or a decision you keep turning over without making.

We’ll start with the part that needs your attention. You can come to that first conversation uncertain. I’ll listen, ask questions and help you work out what matters to you, then we’ll build a plan for a change you’re ready to make.

01

Confidence

Work through a choice you’ve been avoiding, make it with your own values in mind, and practice following through even when it feels uncomfortable.

02

Your inner world

Notice when an automatic yes, fear of disappointing someone, or an old expectation is deciding for you. Make room for what you think and need.

03

Health & wellness

Give movement, food and rest a place in your day that you can maintain. We build routines around the life you have and adjust them as you learn what helps.

My story

I chose to
start over.

I was disciplined, eating extremely clean and exercising every day, yet I wasn’t healthy. My body was struggling, and I was living with behaviours I had become far too used to tolerating.

I was in a toxic, abusive marriage. My ex-husband had several affairs that lasted for years. In my family, I had become the “golden ticket,” the stabilizer and the yes girl. It was difficult to separate what I wanted from what everyone else expected of me. In fact, I didn’t even know the sound of my own voice.

The turning point began with a back injury. It led me down a rabbit hole of trying to understand burnout, and I started learning deeper meanings of words I thought I already knew. What I learned woke me up.

My whole life, I had believed I wasn’t worthy and that I should be grateful for the bare minimum. I thought I was useless, even while I was running multiple businesses, building teams and operating at a high level.

The switch flipped when I realized I was worthy of the life I wanted and didn’t need anyone’s permission to begin living it. In an instant, the way I saw my life changed. There was no going back. I could leave the marriage and separate myself from the family dynamic I had been caught up in. I began discovering my own voice and values, and making decisions from them straight away.

I left the marriage, separated myself from family relationships and sold businesses. If it didn't align with the direction I chose to move towards, it was eliminated. I moved out of my old warehouse into a new one and bought myself a new vehicle. Best of all, I married my dream guy who treats me like an absolute queen and has given me a very safe space to be fully myself. Once that decision was made, the changes that followed in my body and mindset felt almost like fate. I was finally listening to myself and acting on what I believed.

I want to help women begin making decisions they can stand behind in their own lives. We can work on your health and routines, the confidence to make a choice you’ve been avoiding, or learning to recognize what matters to you. I’ll listen, ask questions and help you build a plan you can use, with support while you put it into practice.

Working together

What we do
when you get stuck.

The work continues after our first conversation. As you try a change, you may run into the same guilt, doubt or practical problem that has stopped you before. You can bring that to me by email or WhatsApp, and we’ll work through your next step.

Here are examples of what that can look like.

When you agree
out of guilt.

We look at what you were afraid would happen, what you agreed to, and what you wish you had said. Then you practice a response you can use the next time.

When a routine
keeps falling apart.

We look at your actual week and choose a version you can repeat. If a thirty-minute walk isn’t happening, we work out a smaller starting point and when you’ll do it.

When a decision
feels too big.

We talk through what matters to you, what information is missing, and what you can decide now. You choose your next step; I help you make a plan to take it.

Your beginning can look different from mine.

You may still be unsure of what you want. We can start with the part of your life you know needs attention, and give you somewhere to talk it through while you put a change into practice.

The six-week program

Your plan.
My support.

We start with a 45-minute conversation about your life. From there, I write a plan around the change you choose. During the six weeks, you can email or WhatsApp me as you put it into practice; I reply within 24 hours.

Tell me where you are

I’m taking on three clients for this first round.

  1. Begin

    An honest first conversation

A 45-minute video or phone call. Tell me what feels difficult, what you’ve been putting up with and what you want to be different. Together, we choose where to begin.

  2. Your plan

A plan written for your life

Within two business days, you receive a written plan with one priority, two habits to support it, and questions to guide your weekly reflection. We choose actions you can fit into your actual week.

  3. Between calls

    Direct email or WhatsApp support

Send the question you’re turning over, tell me what happened when you tried, or ask for help adjusting your plan. You can message at any time; I reply within 24 hours. We choose one channel when you join so our conversation stays in one place.

  4. Week three

    A planned check-in

In week three, I check in through your chosen message channel. We look at what you tried, what felt difficult and what needs to change in the plan.

  5. Week six

    Your final conversation

A 30-minute call to look at what you tried, the choices you made and what you learned about yourself. We use that to decide how you want to continue.

  6. Continue

    Your next 30 days

A one-page plan for continuing, delivered within two business days of the final call.

The work, week by week

Practice choosing
for yourself.

These weeks give us a structure. Your own priority shapes the actions, and we adjust them as you learn what works.

Week 01

Say what needs to change

In our first call, we talk through where you feel stuck, what you’ve been tolerating and what you want to be different. We choose a starting point that matters to you.

Week 02

Give your needs a place

Choose two habits that support your priority. That could mean protecting time to move, eating regularly, or pausing before agreeing to another demand on your time.

Week 03

Work through what gets in the way

At the midpoint check-in, we look at what happened when you tried. We talk through the practical obstacles, guilt or doubt, and adjust the plan.

Week 04

Practice a different response

Use what you’re learning in a real situation: ask for something you need, hold a boundary, or keep a commitment to your own wellbeing. Message me as questions come up.

Week 05

Make a choice you can stand behind

Work through a decision using your own priorities. We consider the information you have, what is yours to decide, and the next step you’re willing to take.

Week 06

Decide how you want to continue

In our final call, we look at the choices you’ve made and what you’ve learned. Your next 30-day plan builds on the habits and decisions you want to keep.

Progress you can recognize in your own life.

Our aim is for you to leave with a clearer sense of what matters to you, a routine you’ve practiced, and a next step you’ve chosen for yourself. We review what you actually tried and use it to build your plan for the next 30 days.

Before you begin

A few practical
questions.

Who is this for?

Adult women who want to rebuild confidence, listen to themselves and take better care of their lives, and are ready to work on a plan independently between conversations. Calls take place online, so you do not need to live near Morgan to apply.

What if I don’t know where to start?

You can begin with what feels difficult, what you miss, or what you wish were different. You do not need to have a complete plan. In our first call, I’ll help you talk it through and choose a starting point.

Can relationships be part of the conversation?

Yes. We can discuss your needs, standards, boundaries and choices. Morgan does not decide whether you should stay in or leave a relationship. Therapy, couples counselling and specialist relationship support are outside this program.

What does the health and wellness guidance include?

General guidance around supportive routines, movement, food, rest and consistency. Medical treatment, diagnosis, medication advice and treatment for eating disorders are outside the program. Keep appropriate healthcare professionals involved in decisions about your health.

Can I contact you between calls?

Yes. During your six weeks, you can email or WhatsApp me whenever a question comes up, and I reply within 24 hours, including weekends. We choose one channel when you join and use it for your questions, progress and the planned midpoint check-in. WhatsApp contact details are provided when you join. The package also includes your 45-minute initial call, written plan and 30-minute final call.

Messages support the work we agree on in your plan. Replies are asynchronous, rather than a live appointment. This program does not provide urgent or crisis support.

How do applying and payment work?

Complete and send the short application below. Morgan reviews applications within two business days, Monday to Friday. If the program is a good fit, you receive the service terms, payment details and instructions to book the initial call. The fee is $395 USD total, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Applying does not charge you.

Is this therapy or financial advice?

This is practical personal guidance. Therapy, mental health treatment, clinical nutrition, legal advice and financial advice are outside its scope.
